The mailbox

Everything reaches [email protected]. There is no contact form on this site and no sign-up box anywhere, because we run no mailing list and would rather not collect an address we have no use for.

What gets answered fastest

• A figure that has moved. Send the certification, the number on our page and a link to the body's page showing the new one. These go to the front of the queue because a stale fee is the worst thing this site can do.
• A rule we have described wrongly. Experience clauses and renewal requirements are where misreadings hide. Quote the sentence you think we have got wrong.
• A source we could not open. Several pages here say a figure is unpublished because a store page redirected or a URL returned an error. If you can see it, we would like the link.

What we cannot do

We cannot tell you whether a specific employer will accept a specific credential, review your CV, or advise on immigration or clearance requirements. We do not supply practice questions, and we will not answer questions about where to find exam dumps — that request is the one email we delete without replying.

Press and providers

Training providers are welcome to send a correction like anyone else. What we will not do is accept a pre-written review, a sponsored placement in a comparison, or a paid position in any ranking on this site; see the disclosure page for how that works.
